This Privacy Policy explains how SNRG Electricals India Private Limited (“Gold Coast Electricals”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains and protects your personal data when you visit goldcoastelectricals.com or interact with us. We act as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable Indian law.

1. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use our website, we may collect:
- Contact enquiries: name, email, phone number, enquiry type and your message.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, current and preferred location, department of interest, your note and your resume.
- Brochure / catalogue downloads: name, occupation, email, phone, WhatsApp number, city, state and pincode.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Technical & usage data: with your consent, analytics identifiers and cookies (see “Cookies” below). We hash IP addresses used for spam/abuse prevention.

We collect personal data directly from you when you submit a form, subscribe, apply for a role or contact us, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site (only after you accept analytics cookies).

6. Who we share data with (processors)

- Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal limits.

- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance and have it addressed.

11. Children's data
