Depending on how you use our website, we may collect:

• Brochure / catalogue downloads: name, occupation, email, phone, WhatsApp number, city, state and pincode.

• Technical & usage data: with your consent, analytics identifiers and cookies (see “Cookies” below). We hash IP addresses used for spam/abuse prevention.

We collect personal data directly from you when you submit a form, subscribe, apply for a role or contact us, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site (only after you accept analytics cookies).

• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To assess and process job applications and contact candidates.
• To share brochures/catalogues you request and follow up about our products.
• To send you updates and offers if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• To understand and improve how our website is used (analytics).
• To protect our services against fraud, spam and abuse.
• To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give us — for example, when you tick the consent box on a form or accept analytics cookies — or for other lawful uses permitted under the DPDP Act. Your consent is free, specific, informed and unambiguous, and you may withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights” and “Cookies”). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run essential features (such as live chat) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google tags via Google Tag Manager) to understand site usage. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline non-essential cookies; analytics cookies are blocked by default until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime using the “Cookie Settings” link in our website footer.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted categories of service providers (Data Processors) who process it on our behalf under contract, and with authorities where required by law:

• Live chat support — running our on-site chat.

You may request the specific identities of the processors with whom your personal data has been shared by contacting our Grievance Officer (see below).

Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable law and the DPDP Act.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above — generally up to 24 months from our last interaction with you — after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

We apply reasonable security safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted server-side credentials and hashing of IP addresses used for abuse prevention, to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
• Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal limits.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance and have it addressed.

Our website and services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children without verifiable parental or guardian consent, and we do not undertake tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
