A housing for every detail

Your components. Your brand.
One considered enclosure.

A custom electronic enclosure brings appearance, component fit and assembly together. We review the mechanical requirements around your product, then agree a practical development and manufacturing scope.

Component fit

Bring the PCB, connectors, controls and mechanical parts together within an agreed enclosure layout.

Manufacturing review

Review wall sections, draft, ribs, fastening and part geometry before defining the moulding scope.

Your product identity

Discuss shape, colour, texture, logo areas and the surface details customers see and touch.

Defined validation

Agree material evidence, fit checks, cosmetic criteria and any application-specific testing required.

Product applications

Small products.
Specific housing requirements.

Each application starts with a different brief. Share the product type and engineering requirements so we can review the right enclosure approach.

Audio products

Plastic speaker housings

Discuss custom injection-moulded housings for compact speakers and audio products, including front and rear shells, grille interfaces and control openings.

  • Driver mounting and grille fitment
  • Buttons, charging ports and indicator openings
  • Internal ribs, fastening and component supports

Acoustic volume, port geometry, sealing and vibration requirements are supplied or approved by your audio engineering team.

Mobile charging

Mobile charger plastic cabinets

Develop a mobile charger casing around your PCB layout, plug arrangement and USB port configuration. Review the shell geometry and joining method alongside manufacturing requirements.

  • USB-A / USB-C openings to your layout
  • Plug-pin interfaces and PCB supports
  • Shell alignment, joining and marking areas

Insulation clearances, thermal requirements and applicable safety criteria must be defined and validated for the finished charger.

Power adapters

Laptop charger & power adapter housings

Review custom plastic enclosures for laptop adapters and other external power supplies, with space for your electronics, input connection and output cable arrangement.

  • Upper and lower housing geometry
  • Cable exits and strain-relief interfaces
  • Component clearance and label recesses

Power rating belongs to the completed adapter. Material, thermal behaviour and electrical safety require application-specific review.

Connected & everyday devices

Small electronic product enclosures

Discuss housings for compact controllers, connected devices, sensor products and similar small electronics. Start with a drawing or a component layout for a feasibility review.

  • PCB mounts, ribs and screw bosses
  • Display windows and connector cutouts
  • Mounting features, colour and surface texture

Product suitability, part size, tooling approach and production volume are confirmed after reviewing your brief.

Materials & assembly

The right material starts
with the application.

ABS, polycarbonate and PC/ABS may be considered for electronic housings, depending on the product. The exact resin grade, finish, wall thickness and performance requirements need to be reviewed together.

Discuss operating temperature, electrical insulation, impact, exposure and assembly method. A speaker shell, a handheld controller and a mains-powered adapter can require very different decisions.

Explore our manufacturing

Agree before tooling

A clear brief prevents costly assumptions.

  • Component layout, tolerances and mounting points
  • Material grade and supporting test evidence
  • Shell joining and assembly requirements
  • Tooling ownership and sample approval criteria
  • Cosmetic finish and inspection requirements

From concept to production

A defined process.
A shared specification.

01

Product brief

Share the application, drawings or internal layout, approximate dimensions and expected production volume.

02

Design & DFM review

Agree mechanical design support, manufacturability, material requirements and the enclosure development scope.

03

Tooling & sample approval

Confirm tooling terms, sample requirements and acceptance criteria. Review fit and finish against the agreed specification.

04

Production planning

Agree the approved part specification, inspection requirements, order quantities and delivery plan before production.

Project questions

Before we build
your housing.

Practical answers for brands and OEMs sourcing custom plastic electronic enclosures.

Do you manufacture complete speakers or chargers?

This vertical covers plastic housings and agreed mechanical components. The customer handles the PCB, electronics, acoustic components, firmware and finished-product performance.

Can you manufacture plastic housings from our CAD drawings?

Share your CAD files or drawings, material requirements, expected quantity and application. Our team will review feasibility and confirm the tooling and manufacturing scope.

Can we discuss an ODM housing design?

Yes. If you need original mechanical design support, share your product concept and component layout. The design deliverables, ownership and development responsibilities are agreed before work begins.

Which plastics can be considered for electronic enclosures?

ABS, polycarbonate and PC/ABS are material families that may be considered depending on the application. The exact grade, colour, wall thickness and availability must be reviewed for your product; no material is specified solely by its family name.

Can you support flame-retardant charger housings?

Share the required material classification and finished-product safety requirements. The selected resin grade and relevant thickness need appropriate evidence. A material rating alone does not certify a completed charger.

Do you offer standard boxes or custom moulded housings?

This page is for custom housing development and manufacturing enquiries. Any existing tooling or standard enclosure option would need to be confirmed against your requirement.

What are the MOQ, mould cost and lead time?

These are quoted after reviewing part geometry, material, tooling complexity, number of parts, finish and production quantities. Mould ownership, maintenance and sampling terms are agreed as part of the quotation.

Can you add our logo and custom colour?

Share your colour reference, texture and branding requirements. Available moulded details, marking methods and finishes are confirmed for the project.
