Job Summary
The CRE cum Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, sales team, production,
logistics, and accounts. The role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating sales
orders, ensuring timely execution, and supporting the sales team with documentation and follow-
ups.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship (CRE)
 Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, dispatch, pricing, and
scheme details
 Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate for resolution
 Share order status, dispatch details, invoices, and credit note updates with customers
 Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts

Sales Coordination
 Coordinate with sales team for order processing and execution
 Prepare and share Proforma Invoices (PI), sales orders, and required documents
 Follow up on pending payments, PDCs, NEFT confirmations, and ledger reconciliations
 Coordinate with the accounts team for credit/debit notes and payment adjustments

Internal Coordination
 Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatches
 Track order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and stock availability
 Ensure proper documentation for dispatch, returns, replacements, and schemes

MIS & Reporting
 Maintain sales MIS, customer data, order tracking, and payment follow-ups
 Share daily/weekly sales and outstanding reports with management
 Update ERP/CRM systems accurately and on time

Skills & Competencies
 Strong communication and coordination skills
 Good knowledge of sales processes in a manufacturing environment
 Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / similar)
 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
 Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
 Ability to multitask and work under pressure
