About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our
white-collar team. This is a single-owner HR role, where the candidate will independently
handle hiring, employee lifecycle, discipline, and day-to-day HR execution in a fast-growing
organization.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding (3–4 hires per month)
Attendance, leave, and employee record management
Issuing HR communications, warnings, and documentation
Handling confirmations, exits, and full & final coordination
Coordinating payroll inputs with the accountant
Implementing HR policies and maintaining workplace discipline
Maintaining HR trackers and employee data (Excel / internal systems)

Candidate Profile
2–5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive
Experience handling HR operations independently
Comfortable with Excel-based tracking and documentation
Strong written communication skills
Willing to work in a 6-day, high-accountability environment
Prior experience in SMEs / manufacturing / fast-growing companies preferred

ownership. Candidates seeking fixed hours, soft HR-only roles, or limited responsibility
environments may not find this suitable.
